
The Board of Directors is made up of the officers of the parent association, parent members at large, the choir directors, the executive director and when possible, other community representatives who bring a wide variety of expertise to the organization. All parents are welcome and encouraged to attend the monthly board meetings at any time.

The Board of Directors depends greatly on the Parent Association to help manage the many activities of the choirs. All parents of choir members are automatically members of the parent association and are encouraged to participate. The Parent Association meets at least twice a year.
